Deep expertise in the Atlassian Suite and ITSM platforms, with a track record of implementing strategic solutions that improve governance and service delivery.
Throughout his career, Jovin has led diverse teams of developers and support specialists across multiple global locations, driving initiatives in service automation, ITIL transformation, and organisation-wide system improvement programs. Passionate about mentorship and continuous improvement, he works to align technology solutions with organisational objectives — creating outcomes that are impactful, practical, and built to last.
